Today our client base is nationwide learning their business nuances to make it more streamlined.

Our goal is to provide customized services to your organization on budget and within your timeline. We have two primary missions, one is to sell and support the IBM I for Power Systems including AS/400, iSeries, and System I servers. The second is to sell and support Point of Sale applications for both retail and hospitality applications. We provide system capacity review at no charge. Configuration, upgrades, operating system updates, connectivity and related equipment are all supported.

SSI provides our services as your advocate to select, implement and provide ongoing support to the extent you choose. We provide these in concert with your existing support staff at the level you request. Our ultimate goal is to have you become independent to the level you are comfortable and can handle things on your own, in your time frame. We want you to understand and manage your system. We can work remotely or onsite, as required.

Programming for package modifications, system projects, installation of new releases, training at your site, ‘formless’ printing, integration of MS Office, system training, UPS WorldShip integration and bar coding are just some of the many services we have worked with. Programming services are provided both via Internet access and onsite.

We also provide new IBM / Lenovo PC’s and upgrades covering desktop, laptop and servers. Cabling design, installation, and networking services to integrate all related equipment are also available. Fostering the importance of financial justification in IT decisions, we can provide an IT Audit to review your existing implementation. Representing Lexmark printers and supplies, we have extensive experience with these for warehouse, office, and home office use.
