Often you might think you have a problem, but have possibly not gotten around to identifying it. SSI will come into your office and review your business processes. Why would this be done? The goal is simple- to identify areas of attention within your company that would benefit from saving money and streamlining its operations. Our time is at your convenience, around your schedule. We do ask that we have an uninterrupted moment in time speaking with your personnel during the interview process. Each meeting can take from 15 minutes to 1 hour initially. In most case, the owner(s), department managers, and key employees are interviewed. Additional interviews may be needed. We ask that you appoint one person to coordinate the times and review our reporting. If what we propose has merit to you, then we can proceed on to the next phase, in either way, you owe us nothing for our time.
