Support Services Include
With any ERP system, support after implementation is going to be required. Systems Services can support your business at the level that meets your needs. We engage some customers as the "Level 1" support team, and some organizations as "Level 3". We will consult with you on expectations during the on boarding process to make sure that we provide the help that you need when you need it.
One of the most common calls we receive from current Odoo users is that they need accounting support. Systems Services prides itself in finding satisfying answers to your accounting questions. Inventory valuation and understanding the complex accounting automation is one of our specialties. We are happy to get into the weeds with you until all of your questions are answered.
Systems Services has completed version upgrades as far back as version 9 of Odoo moving forward to the most current version. Once engaged we will work with you to migrate any customization and put together a through testing process.
